All Seasons Hotel Al Ain - Previously City Seasons

The hotel looked a little uninspiring at time of check-in - We were a little late for lunch with our guests and were the only people in the restaurant at our first meal - BUT the food at lunch was great quality [well cooked and nicely presented] - Our waiter was surprisingly well-informed and able to advise us on our menu choices - The staff throughout the hotel were outstandingly welcoming and friendly - Everything from then on [the way we were treated] was outstanding!

everything was amazing , the staff were very helpful, very quick to respond, and very respectful. the gym was beyond amazing and the trainer was great. everything was constantly cleaned and smelled amazing

it was a nice and quiet stay, just what I needed after a long day at work. Shower was great, always had hot water and didn't need to wait to get the water hot.
