The hotel looked a little uninspiring at time of check-in - We were a little late for lunch with our guests and were the only people in the restaurant at our first meal - BUT the food at lunch was great quality [well cooked and nicely presented] - Our waiter was surprisingly well-informed and able to advise us on our menu choices - The staff throughout the hotel were outstandingly welcoming and friendly - Everything from then on [the way we were treated] was outstanding!

Good and beautiful rooms. Some confusion persisted with regards to the switches for the light by the staff were quick to respond and clarify everything at a single request made. Didn’t have any food there due to lack of time. But the location was quite accessible with all amenities at a walkable distance. Lots of parking available around the hotel and it’s free.

The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is located just on other side of Qasr Al Muwaji- A UNESCO world heritage site. The other attractions in city like Jahili fort, Al-ain oasis, Palace museum are all close by. There are many eating options within walking distance. The breakfast spread is also very good
